If something doesn't exist, you have to create it: That's her motto. Privately, she puts it into practice in a housing project for people of different generations, cultures and origins. Both there and at covolution, she tries out new organisational and working methods such as sociocracy and holacracy herself. Therefore, she knows exactly what she is talking about. In everything she does, participation is her attitude: she gives others space to contribute. To do this, she takes back herself, because her goal is not only to involve everyone, but also to let everyone participate in the processes. For her, processes in organisations must therefore be designed in such a way that they are suitable for all employees. Or, to stay with the studied communication designer in the image of Human Centric Design: intuitively usable for all.
