Attitude

Our goal: To create lasting change.

Organizations play an important role in their environment: they shape the conditions in which we operate, make decisions that affect the future, and influence the world in which we and future generations live.

We support organizations in fulfilling this responsibility—and we lead the way ourselves.

We have a vision for the future – and a clear purpose

Our vision is a future in which people work together to solve the problems of their time and treat themselves and the world with care. A future in which everyone can contribute and we courageously shape the economy and society together.

This vision guides us. Our contribution is to strengthen organizations working toward such a future for us all. The need is immense. We are tackling it.

We are on the way to becoming a regenerative organization

For us, regenerative management means shaping developments so that people, organizations, and their ecosystems are strengthened over the long term. We see ourselves as part of a complex, living system and take responsibility for our impact within it.

For us, this means:

  • Prioritizing impact over growth and viewing profit as a means to an end
  • Aligning decisions with the common good across our entire value chain
  • Striving for a positive social and ecological footprint and giving back more than we take
  • Practicing transparency and fairness – within our team and across our value chain
  • Creating spaces where trust and relationships can grow
  • Making learning and reflection an integral part of our work

Regeneration is a path that challenges us and comes with tension. That is why we approach it deliberately and with a learning mindset.

B Corp™ as a community and development framework

We have been a Certified B Corporation™ since 2023. This means we belong to a global community of companies that are working together to create a more just and inclusive economy.

B Corps are independently audited to ensure credible social and environmental business practices. They meet B Lab's integrated standards in the areas of social, environmental, and corporate governance.

We strive for transparency, report on the impact of our actions, and adapt our practices to evolving social and environmental issues. Read more in our Impact Report.

For us, B Corp is more than a certification—it is a framework for our continued development and a community in which we learn and grow.

Climate contribution as part of our regenerative journey

We see ourselves as part of a larger ecosystem and take responsibility for our impact on the environment and society. That is why we continuously work to reduce our carbon footprint. In concrete terms, this means, for example:

  • Travel policy: We prefer to travel by train and book sustainable accommodation.
  • Green electricity: Our home offices are powered by renewable energy.
  • Procurement: We select suppliers and materials according to sustainability criteria.

In addition, we invest in Pina Earth's forest conversion projects to support local forest owners in establishing climate-resilient mixed forests. In doing so, we actively contribute to the goals oft he Paris Climate Agreement, locally in Germany.
